I am a media artist from Salzburg, in the Austrian Alps. Through writings, algorithms, protocols, sound and motion, I demystify the systems that structure the world we live in. I understand the technologies that surround me, especially computation, as (re-)mediators, not neutral tools, but processes into which I bring myself and the culture I am rooted in.

Born in 1985, my work is shaped by the experience of growing into a world increasingly replaced by an engineered and designed one. My practice makes the invisible layers of technology more tangible, asking: how can new forms of spontaneity emerge from these tightly bound constructs?

My work is accompanied by writings that lie somewhere between philosophy and poetry, often exploring the abstraction of an original through technological mediation. I work between Brooklyn, NY, and Salzburg, Austria.
